As part of our guest vetting policy, all guest must provide a copy of their ID, sign our Terms & Conditions and provide a security deposit for each stay.
As with any tenant, things can get damaged but the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit and our dedicated maintenance team will repair the damage immediately.
All of our properties are monitored externally with 24/7 CCTV (Video with sound) so if anything was to happen we would be alerted very quickly and our security company would be deployed.
A key difference with us, is that we have guests, not tenants so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem – we can remove them.
Our business is based off of good quality accommodation and our properties must be maintained to a high standard or we wouldn’t be able to operate as a business.
