What Are The Options?

1. We become your tenant

SYL Accommodation becomes your tenant under a company lease agreement and we provide you with the following benefits:
- Your property is kept in hotel standard condition
- All minor maintenance is taken care of by our maintenance team
- We guarantee your rent for upto 5 years

2. We manage the property for you

We manage your property as a short term rental on your behalf. We offer a full end to end management solution from set up to day to day management so this is completely hands off for you.
Your property will be set up to SYL luxury standard,
Professionally cleaned and maintained by our dedicated teams,
Likely to receive higher levels of rental income (Subject to assessment)

3. We Purchase your property

Letting Agents

We work with businesses in a number of different sectors to help house their employees whilst they are working in the area. These may be contractors working on a local site or working professionals like accountants, doctors etc.

We also fill gaps in bookings by letting the property to guests who need accommodation while visiting the area for leisure and to families who need accommodation as work is being carried out on their main residence.

As part of our guest vetting policy, all guest must provide a copy of their ID, sign our Terms & Conditions and provide a security deposit for each stay.

As with any tenant, things can get damaged but the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit and our dedicated maintenance team will repair the damage immediately.

All of our properties are monitored externally with 24/7 CCTV (Video with sound) so if anything was to happen we would be alerted very quickly and our security company would be deployed.

A key difference with us, is that we have guests, not tenants so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem – we can remove them.

Our business is based off of good quality accommodation and our properties must be maintained to a high standard or we wouldn’t be able to operate as a business.

Our fees are based on a percentage of the revenue that we generate on the property. The rate depends on your chosen management service.

No our management service is a fully hands off service.

We understand how important it is to understand your numbers and on a monthly basis we will provide you with detailed reports showing the performance of your unit.

We will also provide you with access to our Management portal which will allow you real time access to your properties performance.
